Lina Jun

Lina Jun advises Upward Farms on all areas of law including financing, commercial contracts, employment, real estate, litigation, marketing, regulatory and IP.

She was most recently a Senior Associate General Counsel at OnDeck, a publicly traded fintech company providing online small business loans, until its acquisition in 2020. Prior to that, she practiced corporate and venture law at WilmerHale and Milbank in New York.

She received her AB from Harvard University and her JD from Harvard Law School.
