Lucas Pagni has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lucas worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Upward Farms, where they managed design development and successfully implemented feature changes to reduce project quotes. Lucas also conducted machine design and analysis for proprietary equipment.

Lucas Pagni holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University. Lucas studied at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Lucas Pagni has obtained certifications in the field. In November 2020, they received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in November 2021, they obtained the Associate - Mechanical Design (CWSA) certification from Dassault Systèmes.
