Lucas Pagni

Lucas Pagni has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lucas worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Upward Farms, where they managed design development and successfully implemented feature changes to reduce project quotes. Lucas also conducted machine design and analysis for proprietary equipment.

Prior to that, Lucas worked at Boeing as a System Engineer, leading a Systems Engineering team and implementing Agile methodology. Lucas facilitated product development and implementation for new F-15 training systems features and created Model-Based Systems Engineering diagrams.

Lucas also gained experience as a Product Design Intern at Beyond Design, Inc., where they designed a housing for a spray mop, reducing the necessary shelf space. Lucas participated in product ideation sessions and implemented client feedback.

Additionally, Lucas worked as a Research Assistant at the Tangible Interaction Design Learning Lab (TIDAL), a Website Designer for MeaningFull Meals, and an Art Director for the Institute For Student Business Education (ISBE). Lucas also had an Information Technology Internship at SpiderRock - Platform Services.

Throughout their work experience, Lucas demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and an aptitude for design and ideation.

Lucas Pagni holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University. Lucas studied at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Lucas Pagni has obtained certifications in the field. In November 2020, they received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in November 2021, they obtained the Associate - Mechanical Design (CWSA) certification from Dassault Systèmes.
