Benjamin Ratner

Benjamin Ratner is an accomplished urban planner with a focus on land use, policy, and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Land Use, Policy & Budget for Council Member Pierina Sanchez at the New York City Council, Benjamin previously held the position of Associate at James Lima Planning + Development, where responsibilities included coordinating the Gowanus Oversight Task Force and managing a significant investment in public infrastructure.
