Emily Honor Hubbard

Emily Honor Hubbard is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in diverse roles within the engineering and education sectors. Currently serving as Founder and Engineering Interpreter at Empathic Engineering, as well as Organizer and Guide for Hidden Mexico Travel, Emily focuses on promoting permaculture education and connecting communities. Previous roles include Community Program Educator at Urban Ecology Center, System Engineering Manager and Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Advisor at Additive Engineering Inc., and Product Development Engineer at BRP, where Emily executed critical engineering analyses and saved substantial costs. Emily’s earlier career includes positions at Ford Motor Company, VIPKid, and GE Healthcare, demonstrating a strong commitment to collaboration, technical education, and cross-cultural communication, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
