Carrie McGilliard

Carrie McGilliard, PHR, CCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carrie currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources Operations at Urban Land Institute. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Human Resources at Cuisine Solutions. From 2016 to 2022, Carrie worked at WashREIT, where they held various roles including Director, Total Rewards & Human Resources, Director, Total Rewards, and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Before that, they served as a Compensation Analyst at U.S. Silica Company, and as a Senior Compensation Analyst and Compensation Analyst at Gannett Co., Inc. Carrie began their career at MDA Information Systems, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant and later became a Human Resources Generalist.

Carrie McGilliard, PHR, CCP earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Penn State University from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2008 and the Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork in 2011.
