Jeremias Diaz has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Jeremias started their career as a Line Cook at La Piazza in 2006 and worked there for a year. In 2007, they joined Ruby's Diner, Inc. as a Trainer and stayed there for two years. From 2008 to 2010, Jeremias worked as a Sous Chef at Bar Celona. Jeremias then moved to Elephant Bar Restaurant in 2011 and served as an Assistant Kitchen Manager for three years. Currently, Jeremias is working at Urban Plates where they hold the position of Head Chef since 2014.
Jeremias Diaz attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
