Su-Lin Terhell

Su-Lin Terhell has a diverse work experience across various industries. Su-Lin started their career as an Environmental Education Intern at Breathe California of Sacramento-Emigrant Trails in 2014.

In 2014, Su-Lin joined the Center for Environmental Policy and Behavior: Arnold Lab as an Environmental Policy Research Intern. Su-Lin'srole involved analyzing behavior to understand policy change, specifically focusing on voting behavior for the Fracking Ban in New York. Su-Lin conducted research, gathered and cleaned data, collected relevant articles, and created a database for the project.

In 2016, Su-Lin worked as an Environmental Education Outreach Intern at Solano County Water Agency. Su-Lin'sresponsibilities included promoting environmental education and conducting outreach activities.

Su-Lin also worked as a Kitchen Assistant at ASUCD Coffee House from 2016 to 2017, contributing to kitchen operations.

Starting in 2015, Su-Lin served as a Waste Reduction Coordinator at Sodexo, where they actively worked on waste reduction initiatives.

From 2017 to 2018, Su-Lin joined The Root Solutions as a Research and Project Assistant, providing support for various research projects.

In 2018, they joined Apple as a Team Lead - Data and GIS Analyst through Apex Systems. Su-Lin led a team and performed data analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting for the Apple Maps project. Su-Lin also collected metrics, identified trends, and suggested enhancements to improve workflows.

Su-Lin then worked at Replate from 2019 to 2021. Su-Lin started as an Operations and Strategy Manager, responsible for managing operations and implementing strategies. Later, they transitioned into a Data Analyst role, utilizing their analytical skills to drive insights from data.

Currently, Su-Lin is employed at Urban Remedy Inc. as a Reporting and Data Analyst.

Su-Lin Terhell completed their education at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they also earned a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, in 2020, Su-Lin completed a Data Analysis with Python certification from Coursera. Recently, from 2020 to 2021, they pursued further education by getting a Data Analytics & Visualization Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension.
