Luis Hidalgo possesses extensive experience in IT operations, having served as an IT Operations Associate at Urban Science since January 2016, where responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues and managing Windows machines using SCCM solutions. Previous roles include internships at AIDS Healthcare Foundation, MUFG Union Bank, Krost Baumgarten Kniss & Guerrero, and RR Donnelley, focusing on network troubleshooting, desktop support, and infrastructure management.
