Yashwardhan Malviya

Yashwardhan Malviya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Yashwardhan started their career at Atlas Copco as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources department, where they gained experience in recruitment and HR activities. Yashwardhan then joined iPlace USA, initially as a Team Lead in recruiting and later as the Head of Operations, overseeing sourcing and recruiting operations. After that, they worked at Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, handling internal, domestic, and global recruitment, as well as business development and account management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Talent & People at US Tech Solutions, responsible for talent acquisition and strategy.

Yashwardhan Malviya completed their high school education in Commerce at All Saints from 1999 to 2001. Yashwardhan then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Advertising from IPS ACADEMY, Indore, from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Human Resources from 2006 to 2008.
