USA Paratriathlon Resident Team Head Coach at USA Triathlon

Derick Williamson has a diverse work experience in the field of triathlon coaching and fitness instruction. Derick started their career in 2005 as a Founding Partner and Head Coach & Physiologist at Source Endurance, where they worked until July 2009. In July 2009, they co-founded Durata Training and served as a Co-Founder and Coach. From 2012 to 2020, Derick worked as a Level 2 Coaching Instructor at USA Cycling, where they taught and led certification courses focused on sports science and high performance coaching. In 2013, they joined USA Triathlon as a Collegiate Recruitment Camp Cycling Specialist, working on talent identification and Olympic development programs. At USA Triathlon, they also held the positions of USA Paratriathlon Resident Team Head Coach and Tokyo 2020 Paralympics - USA Paratriathlon Head Coach. In 2016, Derick became an Adjunct Lead Fitness Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership.
