Caroline D'Alonzo

Caroline D'Alonzo, MBA, CRCM, is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Director, Compliance Lead at USAA since January 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Vice President, Compliance at NewRez LLC, where responsibilities included promoting a culture of compliance and managing a Compliance team focused on mortgage origination issues from October 2019 to January 2021. Caroline also served as Sr. Director, Originations Compliance at Ditech Financial LLC from 2017 to October 2019, as Vice President, Mortgage Originations Compliance at Green Tree Servicing LLC, and as Vice President, Originations Compliance at GMAC ResCap from 2010 to October 2019. Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from La Salle University.
