Elaine Huang is a seasoned professional in the field of compliance reporting and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Compliance Reporting and Analytics at USAA since August 2018. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Capital One from August 2003 to August 2018, where Elaine progressed from Data Analyst to Sr. Data Analysis Manager and Operations Analysis Manager, among other positions. Earlier career experience includes the role of Assistant Brand Manager at SC Johnson from 1998 to 2001. Elaine holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from the University of Southern California, obtained between 2001 and 2002.
