Stephanie Dvoroznak, PAHM, has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephanie started their career as a Cosmetic Dental Assistant, EFDA, CDA/Office Manager at various dental practices from 1999 to 2006. Stephanie then worked at Merrill Lynch as a Project and Program Manager from 2006 to 2013. Since 2013, Stephanie has been with USAble Life, where they have held various roles including Associate Dental Product Manager, Dental4Health® Program Manager, Dental4Health® Program Director, Director of Clinical Operations, and currently, Regional Director of Dental Product Development. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing and managing dental products, overseeing program operations, managing projects, and ensuring the competitiveness of dental products in the market. Stephanie has also demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive program growth and evolution.

Stephanie Dvoroznak, PAHM, has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended Daytona State College and Daytona College, where they completed their studies in Dental Hygiene and received a Certificate in Dental Assisting. Stephanie continued their education at Ashford University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management.

In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Stephanie attained the Healthcare Anti-Fraud Associate (HCAFA) certification from AHIP in July 2021 and a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in March 2021. In 2018, they obtained certifications as a Managed Healthcare Professional, Professional Academy for Healthcare Management, Health Insurance Associate, and Dental Benefits Associate from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Stephanie also completed The Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certification from LOMA in December 2015.

Furthermore, Stephanie has additional certifications related to their previous career in dental assisting. Stephanie obtained the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification from the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc. in July 2004 and the Dental Radiographer certification from the State of Florida in August 2001. Stephanie furthered their dental knowledge by completing a course in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry from LVI Global in June 2005.
