June Zhang is the current Head of Customer Experience at UserEvidence. June previously worked as Technical Support Manager at Guru from October 2017 to March 2022.

At Guru, June built, scaled, and defined the support strategy and customer experience from the ground up, growing the team to 5 direct reports. June cultivated stellar 1:1 and self-service support experiences to thousands of customers to deliver best-in-class CX to our customers, driving 130%+ net dollar retention, preventing churn, and creating advocates.

Guru is backed by Emergence Capital, FirstMark Capital, MSD Capital, Slack Fund, and Salesforce Ventures.

June Zhang completed their undergraduate studies at Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in French Studies. June then attended Princeton High School to earn their certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.

June Zhang works with Billy Fowks - Founding Principal Engineer, Ray Rhodes - Co-Founder. Their manager is Evan Huck, CEO & Co-Founder.
