Spoorthy Suneel has over 10 years of work experience. Spoorthy began their career in 2011 as an IT Recruiter (Night Shift) International at Talent Hunt. In 2014, they moved to Blue Ocean Ventures as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (International). In 2015, they joined Altizone Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they held the roles of Account Manager (International) and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (International). In 2016, they became a student at Bibis Sprachshule. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Michael Bailey Associates as a Recruitment Consultant. Since 2022, they have been a Senior Technical Recruiter at Userlane.

Spoorthy Suneel completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Sri Jagadguru Murugarajendra Institute of Technology. Spoorthy then obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge in November 2012 and a Microsoft networks certification from Microsoft in September 2011. After that, they attended Bibis Sprachschule to study German Language from 2016 to 2017. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Human Resource from Jain University.
