Toby Paulose

Toby Paulose has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources. Toby began their career in 2005 as a Sr. Recruiter for Innovative Systems Group. In 2007, they moved to Freedman Anselmo Lindberg LLC as a Human Resource Generalist. In 2014, Toby Paulose took on two roles, Human Resources Manager at NNR Global Logistics USA and Manager of Human Resources at Arnstein & Lehr LLP. In 2017, they were Human Development Manager at Payline Data. In 2018, Toby Paulose joined higi as Talent and Culture Manager. Currently, they are the Director of People and Culture and Sr. HRBP at UTECH.

Toby Paulose attended Elmhurst University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they attended University of Illinois Chicago from 2000 to 2003.
