Babar Siddiqui

Babar Siddiqui, B.Eng., CSCM, CLSSBB, PMP®, currently serves as the Manufacturing Operations Manager for the Furnace Manufacturing Division at VAC AERO International Inc., starting January 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Operational Improvement Leader at Magna International's Deco Automotive Division from May 2021 to November 2023, where leadership of cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives were key responsibilities. Babar has also contributed to Collins Aerospace as a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist, managing Lean Transformation initiatives from 2015 to 2020, and previously held engineering and supervisory positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, A&M Surftech, and Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Babar Siddiqui holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
