Marcus Quek has a diverse range of work experience. Marcus currently holds the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships & Growth at Validus, Singapore's largest SME financing platform/neobank. Earlier in their career, Marcus gained experience as a Financial Analyst (FP&A) at Changi General Hospital, where they were responsible for financial analysis and costing.

Marcus Quek also has a passion for coaching and leadership. Marcus served as the Head Coach for Ultimate Frisbee at Hwa Chong Junior College, where they coached students, nurtured sport leaders, and fostered communication between teachers, parents, and students.
