Ricardo Luiz

Ricardo Luiz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ricardo started their career at Vision-Box, where they worked as a Project Quality Assurance Manager and later as a Quality Assurance Manager. After that, they joined OutSystems as a User Experience (UX) Expert and later became the UX & UI Team Lead and the UX Lead at Extended Product. Following their time at OutSystems, Ricardo worked at Unbabel as a Product Manager, where they led a full vertical team and coordinated multiple other Product Managers. Ricardo then worked as a Product Manager - Freelance at Sensei and as a Director of Product Management - CCaaS Routing at Talkdesk. After that, Ricardo served as the Head of Product - Freelance at Synthesized and as a Group Product Manager at Pipedrive, where they managed distributed teams and formulated strategies. Ricardo then took on the role of Mentor and Coach at MentorCruise before becoming the Products Director at Infobip. Currently, Ricardo serves as a Product Consultant at Valispace.

Ricardo Luiz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Lisbon, which they attended from 1999 to 2004. Ricardo then pursued a Master of Science (MsC) degree in Business Intelligence at Universidade Nova de Lisboa from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo has also obtained various certifications in areas such as change management, design thinking, product management, user experience, and sales. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Prosci, LinkedIn, IBM, The Interaction Design Foundation, University of Oslo (UiO), Pitch Bootcamp, and Nielsen Norman Group, in different years from 2014 to 2022.
