Erika Santillan is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in various supervisory roles across multiple industries. Since joining Valley Vista Services, Inc. in October 2015, Erika has advanced through titles such as Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor. Previous experience includes supervisory positions at Damco, Republic Services, and CR & R, and roles in sales and customer service at Accord Transportation, Frontline Carrier Systems USA, and UPS. Erika began the professional journey as a Teacher Assistant at Miles Avenue Elementary. Erika holds a degree in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has a high school diploma with honors from Huntington Park High School.
