Adam Steinman

Head of Customer Experience at Valyant AI

Adam Steinman has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Adam most recently served as the Head of Customer Experience at Valyant AI. Prior to that, they worked at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where they held various roles including Corporate Strategy and Transformation and Operations Project Manager. In these positions, they led project management for operational digital and technological initiatives, introduced new technologies to improve restaurant operations and guest experience, and bridged operational and technical/marketing requirements. Before joining CKE Restaurants, Inc., Adam served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Zachry Group, where they overhauled foodservice operations, optimized financial and operational reporting tools, and led contract negotiations. Adam began their career as an Executive Sous Chef at Magnolia Pancake Haus, where they managed staff, implemented safety procedures, and developed a strong team through servant leadership.

Adam Steinman earned a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2010. Before that, they completed an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America from 2006 to 2008. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Adam pursued a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
