Eric Miller

Eric Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric began their career as a Case Manager at Project Rehab in 1998, followed by roles as Preload Supervisor/Training Supervisor at United Parcel Service and Child Welfare Specialist at Catholic Social Services. In 2001, Eric transitioned to TEKsystems as an ERP Support Services Recruiter before joining Van Andel Institute in 2011. At the Van Andel Institute, they held multiple positions including Scientific Recruiter, Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2017, they became the Director of Talent and Employee Engagement, where they played a key role in developing strategies for talent acquisition, employment branding, employee engagement, and retention. Eric also served as a Board Member for TALK, the world's largest society of Talent Acquisition professionals, starting from 2019.

Eric Miller earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology and Sociology from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they obtained certifications in People Analytics and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2021.
