Sean Briggs

Sean Briggs is a skilled Systems Technician with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently employed at Vancouver Housing Authority since November 2009, Sean oversees hardware and software support, information system purchasing, and network security management. Prior to this, Sean worked as a PC Specialist at The ODS Companies, where responsibilities included system inspections and training on HIPAA security protocols. Sean also served as Helpdesk Tech II at Louisiana Pacific, providing support across various sites and managing the Blackberry Enterprise Server. Earlier roles included Technical Support Agent at Sedona/DirecTV, focusing on customer broadband networks. Sean holds an MBA in Business Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Information System Security, along with an Associate degree in IT - Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
