Jared Watts

Jared Watts has a diverse work experience. From 2014-2019, they were a Professional Athlete for Major League Soccer, playing for the Colorado Rapids and Houston Dynamo, and in 2018 they were a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Champion. From 2019-2021, they were an Executive Recruiter for Parker + Lynch (LHH), where they aligned world-class organizations with superior finance and accounting talent. In 2021, they became an Executive Search Team Lead and Director of Executive Search for Integrity Power Search, where they delivered a full desk of business and oversaw 3 direct reports. Currently, they are a Senior Talent and People Operations at Vantaca, where they have sourced/hired 4 Executives in Q3 and Q4 of '22 and 12 additional passive candidates for key hires in 4 months.

Jared Watts attended Wake Forest University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Jared then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
