Jarmo Santala is the Senior Vice President at Kekkilä-BVB Central Europe, leading a team of experienced horticultural professionals. He also holds various board and executive positions in companies such as Laania, Neova Group, Hasselfors Garden, Neova AB, and SCANDBIO AB. With a background in finance, Jarmo has held significant roles at Ahlstrom-Munksjö, Ahlstrom, and Nokia, where he managed financial control, business planning, and restructuring efforts. Jarmo holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and has completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School and IMD.
