Sasha Martin

Sasha Martin has a wealth of experience in recruiting and staffing. Sasha began their career in 2009 as a Film Production Assistant at Toe To Heal, LLC. In 2010, they took on roles as a Recruiter at Microsoft, a Staffing Specialist at LaborWorks, Inc., and a Staffing Manager at Accountemps with Robert Half Technology. In 2013, they became a Technical Recruiter at iSoftStone. From 2014 to 2018, Sasha worked at Smartsheet in various roles, including Principal Technical Recruiter (Engineering), Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering and Product), and Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they became a Principal Technical Recruiter at Amperity and a Technical Recruiter at Facebook. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Recruiting at Shelf Engine. Most recently, in 2021, Sasha became Head of People at Vareto.

Sasha Martin attended Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Ph in Sports Studies. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Washtenaw Community College, where they studied Liberal Arts and Physical Therapy. In 2004, they attended Santa Monica College, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. They also have a Technology Training Core certification from Geekology.
