Zachary Pratt

Zachary Pratt is a Partner at Vaughan Baio & Partners, a position held since August 2021, and previously served as a Partner at Goldberg Segalla from May 2014 to August 2021, where Zachary led the workers' compensation practice in Albany. With extensive experience representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters, Zachary is well-versed in proceedings before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Litigation from Albany Law School (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American Studies - Social Justice from Lafayette College (2000-2004).
