Liz Marshall

Liz Marshall has over 25 years of work experience, starting as a Recruitment Coordinator at Robert Half International in 1995. Liz then worked as a PA at Celltalk from 2000 to 2002. Liz joined Gen Probe as an HR Manager in 2002, where they stayed for 10 years. In 2012, Liz established their own HR consultancy, Liz Marshall HR Limited, where they served as Director and HR Consultant until 2023. Currently, Liz is the Head of HR at VCG, a position they have held since July 2021.

Liz Marshall obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Stockport College in 2004, followed by an MA in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed in 2007.
