Aaron Gilley

Aaron Gilley, EdD, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Experience at VCU Health, overseeing initiatives related to engagement, retention, culture, and recognition. Previously, Aaron held the position of Talent Management Consultant Senior, focusing on employee orientation, engagement, and leadership development. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultant at the University of Virginia, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruiting and HR process improvement. Additional career highlights include career development advising at the McIntire School of Commerce and counseling positions at East Tennessee State University and Milligan College. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, Aaron holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Counseling.
