Michael Elling (He)

Michael Elling has over 25 years of experience in the telecom and technology industry. Michael began their career in 1994 as a Managing Director in Prudential Securities, Inc.'s Investment Banking division, where they worked on and completed over 20 transactions in 4 years. In 1999, they became Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Iris Wireless, where they developed the MessageNet concept to facilitate the paging industry's response to digital wireless. Michael also became Principal at Information Velocity Partners, LLC, where they provided Telecom and Technology Strategic and Investment Advisory, and completed 10 transactions with over $100m raised. In 2006, they became Managing Director at Northeast Securities, where they worked in the TMT/ICT sector and completed a $10m PIPE for ATS and a $5m private equity investment for Cyphermint. In 2010, they became CSO and Acting CFO at P & P Quick-Sett Services, Inc. In 2014, they became Marketing & Strategy Development at MaxSquared, Inc. In 2016, they became SVP Corporate Development at Pareteum Corporation, and in 2018 they became SVP Strategy & Business Development at Veea Inc.

Michael Elling graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a BS in Finance and International. Michael then attended New York University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where he earned MS and PhD credits in Economics and the Austrian School.
