Katrina Love (Kat)

Katrina (Kat) Love has more than 20 years of experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Katrina (Kat) is currently working at Velrada as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition since March 2018. Before joining Velrada, they worked as an independent contractor for the company, specializing in recruiting top IT talent from October 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Principal Consultant at Launch Recruitment from February 2017 to September 2017. Katrina (Kat) also has experience as a Consultant in IT Sales at Counterpoint Recruitment from September 2013 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at QSP (UXC) from 2000 to 2008, as a Relationships Manager at Deakin Software Services from 1999 to 2000, as a Bid Manager at Peoplesoft Asia Pacific (Oracle) from 1997 to 1999, and as an Account Manager in Business Banking at ANZ Banking Group from 1994 to 1997.

Katrina (Kat) Love has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Banking and Finance from RMIT University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including a Yoga Teacher certification from Warrior One Yoga in May 2019. Katrina (Kat) also holds a Reiki Master certification from Certified Reiki Practitioner, which they obtained in 2012. Furthermore, Kat has certifications in Strategic Selling from Sandler Training in 2003, and The Complex Sale from Miller Heiman Group in 1999. Finally, they have a certification in Cert IV Business Sales - Recruitment, obtained from the Department of Education & Training, Victoria.
