Shannon Hayes has over 15 years of experience in various human resources roles. Shannon is currently the Director of People Operations at Velvet Taco, where they lead a team of Regional People Operations Managers and oversees compensation programs. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Total Rewards Manager at WIS International. Shannon also held multiple positions at Republic National Distributing Company, including Human Resources Director and Corporate Director of H&W Benefit Plans.
