Javier Antunez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing. Javier started their career as a Marketing & Media Assistant at Secretaría de Innovación Pública, where they gained experience in digital planning and government audience engagement. Javier then worked as a Strategy Media Planner at Initiative, where they supported client requests, presented projects, and supervised tasks.

Javier's next role was as a Paid Media Executive at Mindshare, where they managed campaigns and optimized them to meet KPIs and maximize ROI. After that, they worked as a Growth Marketing Manager at a self-employed capacity, implementing experiment-driven techniques to grow start-ups and small businesses.

Javier then joined Niña, where they held multiple positions including Growth Marketing Manager, Managing Director of Media Business Unit, and Digital Marketing Manager. In these roles, they led the growth of digital businesses, managed teams, and successfully achieved revenue growth.

Finally, they attended Digital House from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS in Computer Programming/Programmer, General.
