Client Services Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Compile background research on client-relevant topics and policy matters
  • Compose memos for staff and client teams on key hearings, briefings and other

    newsworthy events

  • Support client teams with research and other tasks
  • Establish, maintain, and update databases and other key materials
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills, communications skills (written and oral)
  • Be enthusiastic and hardworking, capable of multi-tasking, with strong computer and

   document production skills

  • Knowledge of and experience with Congressional and regulatory processes and major

    national policy initiatives strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Uphold a professional image with external and internal business contacts
  • Work with integrity, including exhibiting discretion with confidential and sensitive

    information

  • Effective problem-solving skills to resolve routine questions
  • Demonstrated ability to meet fast-moving deadlines
