Kristy Wegener

Kristy Wegener has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kristy'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Ventura Foods, where they led a team of 6 direct reports across North America. Kristy was responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and performance management. Prior to that, Kristy was the Director of Human Resources - Canada at Ventura Foods, where they led a team of 5 direct reports and was a member of the Canadian Senior Leadership Team. Kristy has also held roles at Canada Bread Company, Limited and RONA, where they provided HR support and advice to clients. Kristy began their HR career as a Generalist at Weston Bakeries.

Kristy Wegener has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. Kristy also completed the Labour Relations Foundations program at Queen's University and obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
