Praveena Pathmanathan

Praveena Pathmanathan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Praveena began their career in 2011 as a Finance Executive at Digital Commerce Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Anything (Pvt) Ltd. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Human Resource Executive in the same company. Praveena then joined AOD in 2014 as a Project Manager until 2015. From 2016 to the present, they have worked at Veolia Water Technologies, starting as the Head of HR & Operations and taking on the role of Project Manager for the Greater Matale Water Supply Project. In 2023, they joined CGIAR and the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) as a Senior Contracts Officer - Global.

Praveena Pathmanathan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Management and Law from Middlesex University in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Ladies' College, but information about their degree and field of study is unspecified. Currently, Praveena is pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Northampton, expected to be completed in 2023.
