Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith's work experience includes roles at various companies. Matthew began their career at Motorola Inc. in 1998, where they held various finance and accounting positions. In 2008, they became a Finance Manager for Financial Planning & Reporting at Motorola Inc. (now Motorola Solutions), where they managed the financial planning process and provided user training and support for the Hyperion Essbase and Planning systems. In 2010, they joined Motorola Mobility (a Google Company) as a Finance Manager for Finance Systems. Matthew then transitioned to Motorola as a Business Systems Analyst for Finance IT in 2013, where they were responsible for determining business requirements, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the Hyperion environment. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Advisory IT Engineer at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), focusing on transitioning Oracle/Hyperion applications to the Lenovo SAP environment. Most recently, Smith held roles at Allscripts and Veradigm®, both as a Principal Business Analyst.
