Angela Goberdhansingh-Pascall Ph.D.

Angela Goberdhansingh-Pascall, Ph.D., has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Angela currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Project Definition at Veranova since March 2021. Prior to this, Angela worked at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services for fifteen years. During their tenure there, they served as Manager, Process Support and played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of process development and support. Angela also held the position of Senior Scientist in Process Research and Development, where they developed robust processes for API synthesis in the Pilot Plant or Kilo Labs and mentored junior staff. Angela started their career as a Scientist at Pharm Eco, A Johnson Matthey Company in November 2001 and made significant contributions until June 2005. Before that, they worked as an NSERC Visiting Fellow at the Steacie Institute, National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa from September 1998 to September 2001. Angela's extensive experience showcases their expertise in process development and support, as well as their ability to mentor and lead teams.

Angela Goberdhansingh-Pascall Ph.D. began their education at Couva Secondary, where they completed their Ordinary Levels from 1973 to 1978. Angela then attended Naparima Girls' High School from 1978 to 1980 and pursued their Advanced Levels. Angela Goberdhansingh-Pascall Ph.D. continued their education at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, from 1981 to 1984. Angela obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class Honors in Chemistry during this period. Angela Goberdhansingh-Pascall Ph.D. later enrolled in Queen's University from 1990 to 1998. There, they pursued a M.Sc./Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, indicating their commitment to the field.
