Sen Yao

Sen Yao, PhD, is an accomplished Lead Data Scientist at Veridix AI, part of Emmes Group, since September 2024, with extensive experience in data science and bioinformatics. Previously, Sen served as Senior Data Scientist at Enolink, where responsibilities included leading data science product life cycles and employing machine learning methods to solve clinical and business challenges. Sen's earlier roles include Health Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science and Post-doctoral Scholar at the University of Kentucky, with a focus on computational biology and protein structure analysis. With a strong educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Louisville, Sen's work has resulted in multiple publications addressing health-related questions and improving clinical efficiencies.
