Burcu Ceylan Çetin

Burcu Ceylan Çetin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Burcu is currently working at VeriPark as the Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Director, where they are responsible for enabling financial institutions to become digital leaders by delivering exceptional customer journeys. Prior to that, they worked at Adisa Consulting-Training-Research-Analytics as the Leadership and Development Academy Leader. Burcu also has experience as a Gestalt Coach, HR Consultant, Trainer, and Clinical Psychologist. Additionally, Burcu has held leadership positions at Şişecam, Yapı Kredi, and Société Générale. Burcu has also worked as an HR Consultant at Oracle Corporation and as an HR Team Manager at AvivaSA Pension & Life. Burcu started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at The Adecco Group.

Burcu Ceylan Çetin obtained an Honor degree in Guidance & Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In 2004, they completed a Certificate Program in Human Resources Management at Istanbul Technical University. Continuing their education, they pursued a Certificate Program in Global Career Development Facilitator at Bahcesehir University from 2007 to 2008.

In terms of their specialization in Gestalt coaching, Burcu completed the Gestalt Training Certificate in Major Concepts and Methodology from Prof. Dr. Hanna Nita Scherler's program in 2013-2015. Burcu further enhanced their knowledge in Gestalt theory and personality disorders through the Gestalt Theory Training Program under Prof. Dr. Hanna Nita Scherler in 2015-2016. Additionally, they received a certification in Gestalt coaching from the Eurasian Gestalt Center for Coaching Istanbul in 2017-2018.

Burcu Ceylan Çetin is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at İstanbul Aydın University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Burcu holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in July 2022. Burcu has also been certified as an Assessment and Development Center Assessor by Assess Consultancy Turkey in October 2015. Furthermore, they completed a certification course on the Theory of Personality Disorders based on the Gestalt Approach under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Hanna Nita Scherler in September 2015.
