Ed Chan is an accomplished technology executive with significant experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Verizon, Ed has also held roles as Senior Vice President - Chief Network Engineering Officer and Senior Vice President - Chief Technology Architect & Planning at the same company. Ed's previous experience includes a position as a Product Development Engineer at Telecom Analysis Systems / Spirent and a role as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center. Ed holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
