SAGAR YADAV

Sagar Yadav has worked in various roles over the years. In 2013, they worked as a Non voice (Backend operations) at Tata Consultancy Services for a few months. In 2019, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Customer Support Associate, where they worked until 2020. Currently, Sagar is employed at Skit.ai (formerly Vernacular.ai) as a Data Annotator. Their responsibilities include annotating, transcribing, and tagging data to improve the AI-based voice automation BOT for different clients. Additionally, they are involved in testing the BOT using conversation flow design.

Sagar Yadav completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art/Art Studies, General from the University of Calcutta from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Diploma in Desktop Publishing from the Youth Computer Training Centre in November 2009. Sagar Yadav also acquired a certification in Microsoft Excel from Simplilearn in January 2023.
