Kaitlin Duffy

Kaitlin Duffy is the current Senior Director of HR at Verve Therapeutics. Prior to their work at Verve, Duffy was the Director of HR Business Partnering at Intellia Therapeutics from August 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they provided support to the CSO & CMO and the R&D organization.

Duffy has also served as the Director of HR Business Partnering at Sarepta Therapeutics from March 2018 to August 2021, providing strategic HR partnership to the EVP, Technical Operations & Chief Scientific Officer. In this role, they also supported the Technical Operations, Gene Therapy Research & Gene Editing organizations.

Before their work in the pharmaceutical industry, Duffy worked as an HR Business Partner at Pegasystems from April 2013 to March 2018. In this role, they provided strategic guidance to leaders in Product Management, Engineering, Global Customer Support, Cloud and Global Sales & Consulting. Kaitlin also implemented annual HR and compensation programs such as performance management, talent planning, salary review and promotions.

Duffy began their career at the Center for Work & Family at Boston College from January 2012 to April 2013.

Kaitlin Duffy has a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, and a semester abroad in business from the University of Galway. Kaitlin is certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
