Kaitlin Duffy

Kaitlin Duffy, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various leadership roles at companies such as Verve Therapeutics, Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., Sarepta Therapeutics, and Pegasystems. Kaitlin has also contributed to research and analysis at Boston College's Center for Work & Family, and has held positions at Forrester Research and Lincoln Financial Group. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, and has experience studying abroad at the University of Galway.
