Nikolas Steege is a research associate, Analytics at Verve Therapeutics. Prior to Verve, he worked as a lab scientist at Hooke Laboratories, testing early-stage therapeutics for autoimmune diseases and performing histological analysis for cytokine presence. He received a B.S. in biology from Stonehill College, where he helped create a computational program to visualize NGS deamination data from 55,000-year-old packrat middens. Additionally, he contributed to research focused on how environmental factors affected innate immune responses in frogs.
