Michal Kramer-Geva has a diversified work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michal started their career as a Software Engineer at Symcotech in 1999, where they developed ticketing systems. Michal then worked as a Project Manager at enigma from 2000 to 2003, managing e-publishing projects and collaborating with large overseas clients.

From 2004 to 2004, Michal served as a Project Manager at Jungo, overseeing Residential Gateways software projects and working with clients during pre-sale, product specification, and implementation stages. At Symcotech Ltd., they further solidified their project management skills by successfully managing smart card ticketing projects for Israeli bus companies from 2005 to 2012.
