Dave Keir

Dave Keir began their work experience in 1998, working as both an Application Developer at CIBC and a Network Administrator at BMO Nesbitt Burns. In 2004, they joined RHT as a Division Director of Development, where they were responsible for placing contract technology specialists. In 2012, they became the Managing Director of 3 Degrees Creative Resourcing, a boutique recruiting and executive search firm. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Dave's Beer Box, a company dedicated to curating unique craft beers. Finally, in 2021, they joined Viafoura as a Customer Success Manager, where they serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of international customers.

Dave Keir attended Sheridan College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science Technology. Dave then went on to pursue studies at the University of Waterloo. Additionally, they are a Certified Beer Judge from the Beer Judge Certification Program.
