Carly Cooper

Carly Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carly currently works as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California. Previously, they served as the Head of Culture & Transformation at Vianai Systems, Inc. In their role at Barclays, they were responsible for driving the Cultural Change agenda and promoting a culture of innovation and inclusion. Prior to that, they held the position of AVP and Global Head of Experience Design at Infosys. Carly also worked at SAP in various roles, including Global Director, Director of AppHaus, and in Business Influencer Relations. Additionally, Carly served as a Board Member at Step Up Women's Network and as a Program Director for the HR Management Board at The Research Board. Carly started their career as a Consultant at Gartner and worked in Account Management at Resource Interactive.

Carly Cooper's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, which was earned between 1995 and 1999. Carly then pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology - Change Leadership from Columbia University, from 2015 to 2016. Finally, they completed a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California, between 2016 and 2019.
