Atishya Kumar

Atishya Kumar is a Research Fellow at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, working on the Justice, Access and Lowering Delays in India (JALDI) Initiative. They previously served as the Director and Assistant Director at IDIA, as well as holding various roles at Lawctopus Law School. Atishya has also worked with the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, the National Human Rights Commission of India, Reprieve, and various other human rights organizations. They hold a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham and completed their undergraduate studies at The National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi.
