Head Of Customer Experience at Vietnam International Bank

Linh Vo has a diverse work experience in customer experience and banking. From 2020, Linh has been working as the Head of Customer Experience at Vietnam International Bank (VIB), where they oversee the improvement of customer service quality. Prior to that, they worked at Techcombank (TCB) from 2018 to 2020, starting as a Customer Experience Senior and later becoming a Customer Experience Specialist. In these roles, Linh focused on analyzing customer pain points, developing training materials, and resolving client issues. Linh's earlier experience includes working as a Client Service Advisor at ANZ from 2017 to 2018 and as a Trade Officer from 2011 to 2017. At ANZ, they handled customer inquiries, managed daily transactions, and supported relationship management and cross-selling efforts. As a Trade Officer, Linh handled import and export transactions and obtained a Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) certification.

Linh Vo received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Foreign Trade University. Linh attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
