Jukka Roihuvaara

Jukka Roihuvaara has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jukka started their career in 2000 as a Technical Support at Sykes, where they provided technical assistance until 2003. In 2006, they joined Teleperformance Finland as an IT Technician for a brief period.

In the same year, Jukka joined Datapolis Solutions Oy as a Software Engineer and later became their Technical Director in 2012, holding the role until 2014. Jukka then moved to Opasmedia Oy in 2014 as their Technical Director.

Since 2014, Jukka has been associated with Vincit, an organization they have held multiple roles in. Jukka started as a Software Engineer in 2014 and gradually progressed to become the Lead Architect in 2016. In 2019, they were promoted to Tech Director, and in 2022, they assumed the position of Director, Tech & Dev, their current role at Vincit.

Jukka Roihuvaara completed their education in a chronological order starting from their secondary school to higher degrees. Jukka attended Messukylä Upper Secondary School from 1997 to 2000, specializing in Communication and Media Orientation.

Following that, they enrolled in the University of Tampere from 2003 to 2013. Here, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jukka also pursued additional certifications. In 2009, they became a Zend Certified Engineer through Zend Technologies. Later, in 2013, they acquired the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance. Finally, in 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
